Certificate of attendance

You can collect your certificate at the registration desk on Sunday 15 May after the coffee break.
Please be informed: certificates can only be collected on Sunday.
Certificates will not be sent after the congress.

 

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons do not need to register. Delegates can book an additional ticket for only one accompanying person to attend the Welcome Reception (€ 16,50), tickets for the Congress Dinner (€ 75) and for several tours (price depends on tour) through the on-line registration form.

 

Payments

You can pay in Euros for your registration by credit card or bank transfer. The choice for payment will be shown after you have entered the registration information on the online registration form.


1. Credit card payment
Fees are being invoiced on behalf of ICMART 2011. The Conference Secretariat is Congrex Holland BV. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DDS) and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking, you will be directed to our secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS (payment gateway).

  • Choose type of credit card below and click the Pay button
  • Enter the credit card number and expiry date and click Validate payment
  • The cardholder name is not required

Your card may be eligible for or is enrolled in the Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode authentication programs. After clicking the Validate button, your card issuer may prompt you for your password before you complete your purchase.

 

2. Bank transfer
The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. Please include the invoice number as payment reference on your bank transfer. Cheques and money orders cannot be accepted for payment of the registration fees.

Cancellation of Congress Registration

Written notification of cancellation and refund requests must be received by the Registration Secretariat, Congrex Holland BV.

  • In case of cancellation before or on 28-02-2011, the registration fee less an administration fee of EUR 15 will be refunded
  • If your cancellation is made between 1 March and 14 April 2011, a refund of 50% of the total fee will be made, minus the administration fee of EUR 15.
  • As of 15 April 2011, the registration will not be refunded.

 

All refunds will be made after the Congress.
