On Friday 13th of May till Sunday 15th of May the ICMART congress 2011 will be held in the Bel Air Hotel. The ICMART organizing commitee has reserved 80 hotel rooms for the ICMART participants. If you want to stay in this hotel you have to reserve your room before 18th of March using the registration form of Bel Air Hotel by downloading the hotel registration document (word) .

Cancellation policy
- The reservation can be cancelled free of charge till 3 months prior to arrival.
- In case of cancellation between 2 and 3 months prior to arrival, 15% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 1 and 2 months prior to arrival, 35% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 14 days and 1 month prior to arrival, 60% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- In case of cancellation between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival, 85% of the total reservation value will be charged.
- In case of cancellation 7 days or less before the arrival date, in case of “No Show” or in case of early departure during the stay in the hotel, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.
