Registration desk in the Bel Air Hotel

The registration desk is located in the Basement area of the Bel Air Hotel,where you can collect your badge, the final programme and other conference materials.
Please remember your individual registration number or show the confirmation e-mail at the registration desk.

 

Registration desk - opening hours

The registration desk in the Bel Air Hotel will be open on:

Friday 13 May 07.30 - 18.00 hours
Saturday 14 May                                                         08.00 - 18.00 hours
Sunday 15 May 08.00 - 15.00 hours


The congress secretariat (Congrex) will be present at the Bel Air Hotel to assist you during the congress.

 

Certificate of attendance

You can collect your certificate at the registration desk on Sunday 15 May after the coffee break.
Please be informed: certificates can only be collected on Sunday. 
Certificates will not be sent after the congress.

 

Non-Smoking policy

The general smoking policy in The Netherlands is that smoking is prohibited in restaurants and bars. Smoking is thus not allowed anywhere inside in the Hotel. Smoking outdoors is not prohibited.

 

Internet

In the Bel Air Hotel is wireless internet access available.
Prices for internet in your room or in the Business Corner on the ground floor:

In the lobby and restaurant on the ground floor wireless internet is free of charge.

 

Currency and banking/exchange

In general, all major credit cards are accepted for payment in hotels, restaurants and shops.

 

Electricity supply

Electricity is supplied at 220 V - 50 Hz AC.

 

Parking facilities

The Bel Air Hotel has ample on-site parking capacity. Exit passes are available from the ticket machine in the central entrance lobby and at the reception of the hotel. 


 

Public transport

The Bel Air Hotel is just a short distance from various airports, stations and motorways. The Hague is 30 minutes away by train from Schiphol airport. The Hague Central Station (Den Haag Centraal) is within walking distance from the city center. From the Hague Central Station (CS), take either tram no. 17 and get off at the Gemeente Museum/Museon stop or take tram no. 10 and get off at the World Forum stop to get toBel Air Hotel.

Note: Tram 10 only operates on working days during the rush-hour from 7.00am until 9.00am and
from 15.30am 18.30pm.
